This cop gets more than he bargained for when he pulls someone over. Namely either a kamikaze attendant pulled the assist, another drunk driver pulled a suicide slam, or something very odd happened. Thats just the fact of the matter. Every time someone plows beeline into a cop car there is a weird explanation. Every time.
